0.5 oz simple syrup

0.5 oz yellow chartreuse

2-3 dashes celery bitters

2 dashes orange bitters

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist

1.5 oz Beefeater 24 Gin

0.5 oz Maraschino

0.75 oz Grapefruit juice

0.5 oz Lemon juice

tsp simple syrup (to taste)

Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice, top with soda if preferred
